To resolve audio issues, try the following steps below:
- Check the volume level on the SHOWTIME Anytime video player by raising and lowering the volume level. Confirm that the audio is not muted.
- Check your device speakers. Make sure your speakers are turned on and that the volume is set high enough. Confirm the volume is not muted.
- Confirm that you can listen to other audio files on your device
- Restart your device and try to watch another video
