- Make sure the device you are using supports Dolby 5.1 audio
- Check your device settings to ensure Dolby 5.1 is enabled
- Ensure your speakers are hooked up to your receiver correctly and then reconnect your HDMI/Optical cables to ensure they are connected properly
NOTE: Currently the SHOWTIME Anytime app on Xbox One, Samsung and LG Smart TVs do not support Dolby 5.1 audio. Please check back here in the future for updates.
