I am not getting Dolby 5.1 surround sound. What should I do?

  1. Make sure the device you are using supports Dolby 5.1 audio
  2. Check your device settings to ensure Dolby 5.1 is enabled
  3. Ensure your speakers are hooked up to your receiver correctly and then reconnect your HDMI/Optical cables to ensure they are connected properly

NOTE: Currently the SHOWTIME Anytime app on Xbox One, Samsung and LG Smart TVs do not support Dolby 5.1 audio. Please check back here in the future for updates.
