Yes, you can close the Cast menu video controls and continue to browse through the SHOWTIME Anytime app or Chrome browser. You can also close SHOWTIME Anytime as this will not interfere with video playback on Chromecast. Return to the SHOWTIME Anytime app or Chrome browser to control the video currently playing.
