Yes. You can download using your cellular data plan, but we recommend using Wi-Fi whenever possible. By default, your settings will be configured so you will only be allowed to download over Wi-Fi. To change your preferences to allow downloading on your cellular network, go to Settings > Download and de-select ‘Only download over Wi-Fi’.
