I received an error message that states I have too many devices authorized for download. What should I do?

If you have received this error message, it means that you have reached your 5-device limit for downloading.

To remove a device from your authorized device list:

  1. Go to Settings > Downloads
  2. Select the device you wish to remove
  3. Select the ‘Remove’ button to confirm

Please note that you may only authorize 5 devices within a 30-day period. If you have authorized 5 devices within a 30-day period, you will be able to authorize an additional device (after deleting a device) once the 30-day period for any of your previously authorized devices has elapsed.
